My wife wants to install bamboo blinds, but I wasn't sure if that was a good choice. After reading the content on this site and the comments, I feel better about this option.

I agree that you get what you pay for. I no longer buy products that aren't well made. When I bought blinds for my house, I purchased good quality ones that would last a long time.

But I bet you those blinds will not last at long as the better blinds that you can buy. The saying about "you get what you paid for" is very true.

I actually bought blinds from my local dollar store and they look just as nice and pretty as the blinds that my friend bought that cost her 50 bucks. Sometimes you can get deals that really are not deals at all.
